Detox now: Master Cleanse and achieve alkaline balance
Detoxification is an important step in restoring your body pH balance. You cannot achieve the ideal pH level without getting rid of the toxins accumulated in your body from years of eating acidic food.

1. Water: Start your cleanse with water. Take lots of lemon-juice squeezed water or alkaline water with/before/after your food. It would be remarkable if you can ionize your water and drink. Hydrate your body often and find a way to flush your toxins too. Lemonade is also an alternative option in this first step. However, water being a great solvent can be taken for a few days before you alternate it with lemonade.
2. Fruits and Vegetables: Add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet plan. An ideal diet plan should start with a fresh vegetable juice for breakfast. You can replace your mid morning or afternoon snacks with vegetable juice. Raw vegetables add more value as they come with pristine fiber content.
